o We provide tables to set up and appropriately display merchandise
o We obtain all required permits for your locale
o Your sale is advertised in the newspaper and also via e-mail notification to our subscriber list. We also post highly visible, professionally printed Estate Sale signs leading the way to your sale. Our sales attract motivated buyers
o Your sale will be staffed by friendly, courteous, professional sales associates
o An accurate and detailed accounting of sales is provided
o We can arrange for and oversee a charitable donation pick-up of unsold items and provide a tax-deductible receipt
o Post-sale cleanup. The house will be “broom clean” unless otherwise negotiated
o No out of pocket expenses! Our commission comes out of the proceeds of the sale. No additional fees are charged for advertising, labor or supplies. The most successful & profitable sales require planning and meticulous attention to detail by knowledgeable, experienced sales professionals. Please be sure that you never throw away any items before speaking with us even if you think they are worthless. Items that may appear to be of no value may actually be of substantial value.
