WHAT IS AN ESTATE SALE?
"Estate Sale" generally refers to the sale of personal property, i.e. furniture, appliances, china, books, linens, etc. It differs from a garage sale in that it usually involves the entire contents
of the home and is held inside the home.
Such a sale may be needed after the death of a loved one or a move to a assisted living facility or nursing home or if you are downsizing or relocating from your current home. We understand
how difficult it can be to sort the entire contents of a home often accumulated over the course of a lifetime. We at Masst can take away the stress of what to do with everything
after the family has removed all items of sentimental value. Our estate sale team is here to answer your questions and help during this stressful and emotional time.
WHAT SHOULD I THROW AWAY & WHAT SHOULD I KEEP?
We always advise clients, "NOT TO THROW ANYTHING AWAY" until they have met with us. We know what items are more likely to sell, common house goods such as pots & pans and even cleaning
products and cosmetics do sell as well as garage items.
